What is ADHD Coaching?
ADHD coaching is a collaborative, goal-oriented partnership that helps individuals to understand their brain and build strategies, managing symptoms & achieving goals.
It is a present and future based approach rather than exploring the past (unlike therapy). We look at bridging the gap between knowing what to do and actually doing it.
It’s a supportive space that allows you to feel seen and heard. Helping you to process and understand your own patterns. Building frameworks that make sense. Exploring and using tools and systems and building on values and strengths.
There can be some psychoeducation involved which helps to normalise struggles as well as building self-awareness and self-compassion.
Who’s it For?
Adults who are diagnosed or undiagnosed. Newly diagnosed and late-diagnosed.
Those who are ready to commit to regular meetings and take practical steps between sessions.
Those who want actionable, compassionate coaching rather than clinical therapy.
